Hello Aurore! Welcome to our ONE MAN ARMY Athletes Team! For many people you are a known face from various social networks and events such as the FIBO. Please tell us a little more how you managed to achieve such awareness. I started my Instagram account for fun at first. I hadn't clue how it worked, the hashtags, the @s... It took me a while Eventually I figured it out and started to enjoy gaining followers. And I just kept growing and growing. One day a supplement company contacted me and offered to sponsor me which I accepted. That's how I ended up at The Bodypower Uk and did my first fitness exhibition. People who look at you and follow you on Instagram or Facebook immediately realise that you live for the sport. How and when has the sport became the center of your life? I've always been into sports because of my family background. It was important for my parents that I had some sports activity outside of school. But at this time I wasn't really into it. All I wanted was to miss school, and hide to smoke cigarettes..! In 2007/8 I left to England for a job and that's when I fell in love with kickboxing. Because I was skinny fat at the time I started to want to get stronger so I went to the gym. And I never stopped since then. An incredible transformation can be seen on your pictures. Respect for that! When did you determine that you need to change something? I didn't really determine. I just went from wanting to die to wanting to live! Because of that one person that made me believe in myself and my capacities, whether my whole life I had been told it was not enough, I was not good enough, I could do better etc...

In our first Meeting you told us that ONE MAN ARMY would perfectly suit you. Can you tell us why? Because I am into fitness but also MMA. Also I like the logo and the style of the brand. Modern but sober, which is rare. There is way too much glitter and gold and silver everywhere, skulls and knuckle dusts ... Always the same shit! You are not just an fitness athlete but also active in martial arts. How can we imagine your weekly training plan? I don't have a plan. Unless I am getting ready for a competition or a fight. And even then my preparation will be different every time depending on my fitness level, my weight, body fat percentage, availability at that time. But on a general note, I train 5 to 6 times a week, sometimes 2 times per day. I try not to stay longer than 2h in the gym but I struggle ahah! What are your plans for the near future? I am getting ready for the first role of a French movie. We are very happy that you are a part of our ONE MAN ARMY team now! Last words belong to you.... Thank you for having me I am happy to be part of the ONE MAN ARMY, and am looking forward to eventually meet the rest of the team!
